How do I order a flood zone determination via the Internet?

Sign in using your Username and Password, and click on the menu item to "Order FZD/HMDA." If you have not registered, click here to create your personal sign-in account. You or your company must have an active SRG Customer Account to use the online services. If you are not a current customer, please contact our sales team at (800)447-7893, option 2.

How do I order a recertification?

To order a recertification, log in, and then select 'Search for an Order' from the Online Client Services menu. You may search for an order using the SRG Certificate number, loan number, applicant name, street address, or date range of the order. Submit the search criteria. Once the selected order appears, double-click on the highlighted Applicant Name (it will be on the left side of the screen and will appear as blue or purple.) Select the Recertify button and complete the form. When a supplemental HMDA is required, please check the corresponding box above the Submit button.

How do I transfer life of loan servicing to perform other Life of Loan Servicing functions?

Log in. Select 'Search for an Order' from the Online Client Services menu. You may search for an order using the SRG Certificate number, loan number, applicant name, street address, or date range of the order. Submit the search criteria. Once the selected order appears, double-click on the highlighted Applicant Name (it will be on the left side of the screen and will appear as blue or purple). Once you've opened the order, you may perform a variety of servicing functions. The servicing functions will appear on the right side of the screen. These functions include, Upgrade to Life of Loan, Payoff Loan, Transfer Tracking, Recertify and Edit Order. Select the action you would like complete and fill out the necessary information.

How do I cancel a Flood Zone Determination Order?

If the order is being cancelled because the loan has been paid in full, follow the instructions above and select the Payoff Loan button. If you simply wish to cancel the Life of Loan tracking on a determination, please send an e-mail to Customer Service indicating the Certificate Number, Loan Number, and/or property address of the order you would like to cancel.
